We Know Hobe Sound
Hobe Sound anchors the south end of our Martin County routes. We build, remodel and service here weekly, from the older streets of Zeus Park and Poinciana Gardens to the larger properties off Bridge Road, and across the bridge where Jupiter Island estates expect the same crew and the same standard week after week.
The mix of lot sizes is what makes Hobe Sound interesting work. Zeus Park and Poinciana Gardens yards often call for compact courtyard and plunge pools designed to tight setbacks, while the estate properties lean full outdoor living. Both come from the same local team, permitted through Martin County, with no work brokered out.
Hobe Sound local notes
Permits: Martin County Building Department; we file and track the permit for you
Barrier code: Florida barrier law applies; screen enclosures satisfy it
Small lots: Zeus Park and Poinciana Gardens setbacks suit courtyard and plunge pools; we design to them

Hobe Sound Questions
How much does it cost to build a pool in Hobe Sound?
Custom gunite pools in Hobe Sound start from $80K for a pool and deck, $100K with a spa and upgrades, and $200K and up for resort builds. The Martin County cost guide has the full breakdown.
Do you service Hobe Sound pools weekly?
Yes. Routes run through Hobe Sound every week with the same technician. Plans start at $90/mo for Chemical Only.
Can you build a pool in a small Hobe Sound yard?
Yes. Courtyard and plunge pools fit the tight setbacks common in Zeus Park and Poinciana Gardens, and we design to them from the first site visit rather than trying to shrink a standard shell.
Do you service pools on Jupiter Island?
Yes. Jupiter Island sits at the end of our Hobe Sound routes, and estate pools there get the same weekly technician, with gate and staff arrangements handled once and kept on file.
