Questions From Agents

What does a pool inspection cost?
Certified pool inspections start at $225.
Is a home inspection enough for the pool?
Often not. Many home inspectors exclude pools or only confirm the pump runs. A Certified Pool Inspector checks the shell and finish, all equipment running, electrical bonding, drain covers, the safety barrier and permits.
Should sellers get a pre-listing pool inspection?
It surfaces problems while the seller can fix them quietly, and the clean report becomes a selling point instead of a surprise in the buyer's inspection period.
Can you give repair numbers for what you find?
Yes. We build, remodel and repair pools every day, so findings come with realistic repair estimates your clients can negotiate with.
Which areas do you cover?
Martin, St. Lucie and Palm Beach counties, from Stuart and Palm City to Jupiter and Port St. Lucie.

We inspect pools across Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Hobe Sound, Sewall's Point, Port St. Lucie, Tradition, Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens.
