Why One Pool Company Works

When a community standardizes on one pool company, everyone's pool gets cheaper and better at the same time. Routes tighten, so the same technician covers neighboring homes on the same day. Repairs get diagnosed by someone who already knows the neighborhood's equipment. And the board or property manager gets one phone number instead of thirty.

HOA & Community Questions

What is a community pool partnership?
It is an agreement where a community standardizes on one pool company. Residents get standing member pricing on weekly service, repairs and projects, the community becomes a dedicated stop on our routes, and the board or manager gets one point of contact.
Do you have a community program running now?
Yes. CoastLife is the member pool company for the Village Club & Preserve in Palm City, with published member discounts on service, repairs and backyard projects.
What do residents save?
Each program is built for the community. As a working example, Village Club & Preserve members get $10 off monthly service, another $10 off with autopay, $75 off repairs twice a year, $150 off repairs for new members who sign up for service, and 5% off backyard projects.
Is there a cost to the HOA?
Residents pay for their own service at member pricing. Talk to us about your community and we will put together a proposal for your board.
Do you handle HOA architectural review for pool projects?
Yes. We prepare and file architectural review paperwork and COIs for builds and remodels as routine work.
What about the community's own amenity pool?
Shared amenity pools have their own rules and inspections. See our commercial pool service page, or call us to talk through your pool.
