Service, repairs and renovation for community, condominium and other commercial pools, from a licensed commercial pool contractor.

★★★★★ 4.7 stars (80 Google reviews) · Licensed & insured, Lic. #CPC1460347
The short answer

Commercial pool service covers the pools that serve many people: community and HOA amenity pools, condominiums and other shared pools. They face stricter rules than backyard pools, including Florida Department of Health permitting and inspection. CoastLife Pools is a Florida Certified Commercial Pool/Spa Contractor (Lic. #CPC1460347), and our president is a Certified Pool Operator.

What Commercial Pool Care Involves

Water Chemistry
Sanitizer and pH kept in range for a pool with heavy, variable bather loads, with testing and records.
Equipment Care
Pumps, filters, chemical controllers and heaters kept running, because a commercial pool that goes down closes.
Safety Features
Drain covers, barriers, gates, signage and lighting checked against what the rules require.
Repairs
Diagnosis and repair of equipment, plumbing, leaks and surfaces, quoted as line items.
Renovation
Resurfacing, tile, decks and equipment upgrades for aging commercial pools.
One Point of Contact
Boards and property managers get one number for service, repairs and projects.

Why Commercial Pools Are Different

A backyard pool serves a family. A community or condominium pool can serve dozens of swimmers on a hot Saturday, and every one of them changes the water. Chemistry has to keep up with that load, and the equipment has to run reliably, because when a commercial pool fails an inspection or breaks down, it closes.

In Florida, public and commercial pools are permitted and inspected by the Department of Health, with rules on water quality, safety equipment and record keeping. That is why the license and certifications behind the company matter more here than anywhere else. Details are on our licenses and certifications page.

Commercial Pool Questions

Are commercial pools regulated differently from residential pools?
Yes. In Florida, public and commercial pools, including many community and condominium pools, are permitted and inspected by the Florida Department of Health, with rules on water quality, safety equipment and record keeping that residential pools do not face.
What license do you hold?
CoastLife Pools holds a Florida Certified Commercial Pool/Spa Contractor license, Lic. #CPC1460347. Our president is also a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and Certified Pool Inspector (CPI).
