Custom Pool Questions, Answered

How much does a custom pool cost in Stuart?
Custom gunite pools start from $60K for a pool and deck, from $80K with a spa and upgrades, and $200K and up for resort builds. Size, finish and water features move the number most, followed by site access and the water table. Read the Martin County cost guide →
How long does it take to build a pool?
Most builds run 5 to 6 months from contract to swimming, depending on weather, pool type and how much outdoor living is in the plan. Your proposal includes the schedule before you sign. See the full timeline →
Do I need a permit to build a pool in Martin County?
Yes. Every in-ground pool in Florida requires a permit and barrier-code compliance. We pull the permit and manage every county inspection as part of the build. Read the permit guide →
Can you build a pool in a small yard?
Yes. Courtyard and plunge pools fit lots that conventional builders walk away from. Setbacks matter more than square footage, and we design to them from the first site visit. See courtyard builds →
Should I choose salt or chlorine?
Most of our new builds ship with salt systems. Softer water, lower weekly chemical cost, and the cell pays for itself over time. Read Salt vs Chlorine →
Do you build the spa and outdoor kitchen at the same time?
Yes, and it costs less that way. One mobilization, one permit set, one crew. Pools, spas, kitchens and pergolas are designed together from the start. Explore outdoor living →
What warranty comes with a new pool?
The gunite structure carries a lifetime warranty and our workmanship is covered for one year. As a Jandy and AquaCal warranty dealer we register your equipment at startup and handle claims in house, so you call us, not the manufacturer. Full terms appear in your proposal. Licenses and certifications →
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through our partner Lyon Financial. Approval does not slow the build schedule. See financing options →
Will you service the pool after the build?
Yes. We are the only builder in this market with weekly service routes. First-year support is built into the handoff. Compare service plans →
Can I see the design before committing?
Yes. Every project gets a 3D rendering you can walk around on screen, and we revise it with you until it is right. Construction starts only after you approve the design and the fixed proposal. Start a design consultation →
